Need date ideas for two 17 year olds?

For dinner, why don't you try cooking for her. You're giving more effort and she will appreciate it. If you can't cook, try asking your mom or someone to help you. For a place for some alone time, go to a park and have a picnic or something. For an activity, do something that you guys both like to do. Maybe play sports? Go a theme park?

There are a bunch of good restaurants in a reasonable (although not cheap) price range - Olive Garden is a nice one if you like Mediterranean food. Activities are harder, and depend on where you live - in an urban area, a walk in a park can be nice, or going to a concert together (if you like the same sort of music), or going bowling, or even to an interesting museum. If you're in a suburban or rural area, a walk or hike in the woods, a canoe trip on a river (you can rent canoes at a lot of places), or a driving trip through some scenic area. Also, bowling again.

As for a place alone, that depends on what you mean. If you just want to hang out alone and do stuff, a park is nice again, or boating. If you mean somewhere to do... 'stuff' - some hotels are cheap enough for one night. There's also a car parked in a non-public area, but that is cramped and uncomfortable.

Seeing as you're under 18 McDonalds and a strip club are out of the question, so it looks like Burger King and Dark Knight Rises is the logical answer.

dinner, movie, thenn someplace quiet with a view. over here i have the ny skyline, hudson river and plenty of quiet waterfront spots where two people can get a little touchy feely if they choose. i dont know where you live but if you have a place with a view go there after movie.
