I have an irattional fear of Movie Theaters. HELP!!?
Idk why, i get in the mvoie theater and everything just comes on and overwhelms me and i cant enjoy myself ever. I already have anxiety so it gets worse and worse. Everything is overwhelming and I dont know what to do. I try to keep my mind on other things and I cant. And 14 people were killed in Denver Colorado, seeing the Dark Knight Rises, just like me tonight! I am so afraid. I am a 14 year old male with anxiety. Please help me :(

Sounds like you need to talk to your doctor for these anxiety problems.
Needless to say, it's not irrational to not go to the movie theater. My hubby told me he doesn't even want to go to the theaters to see Dark Knight Rises because of the possibility of other copy cats doing the same thing and getting trapped in a similar situation.
