Is the Dark Knight Rises scary? Is the beginning scary?

Can you please give me the specific spots where it will be scary, i could care less about spoilers, just tell me when it will be scary at what parts.

    Your question is too subjective to answer; the movie did not scare me at all, but my mother would not have enjoyed it, labeling it far too scary. Sorry, this is one you will have to decide for yourself.

    It's not "scary". It's a somewhat "Dark" movie but it isn't scary.
