In yoga we have finger yoga popularly known as Hasta Mudra (hand gestures).
Just bend your middle finger only so that its tip touches the centre of the palm.
Now place your thumb over this bent middle finger. Other three fingers remain
straight with palms facing upward. Do this with both the hands and your earache

heat some oil..sunflower jst one or two drops..after cooling pour it in da ear..it also hapens due to cold environment.jst cover ur ears nd warm up.
