Mean priest. God's will for my Salvation or disappointment in religion on Earth?

    Neither - misery and disappointment are the domain of Satan. Paul speaks about 'false apostles and keeping the traditions of men' - both are practiced if your spiritual leader is a priest in general.

    Psalm118:8 keep you eyes of Him and not on man. There is your salvation.

    Humans are flawed. It's in their nature. It has nothing to do with your "salvation".
