Can you make parathas with plain flour?

All the recipes I've ever seen online ask for either just whole wheat flour or a mixture of that and plain flour (50/50) ... but can I just use plain flour? Will there be any real difference? Thanks!

    Yes you can, but the taste and texture will be different. Whether it's better or worse is a matter of taste. Try it and see if you like it.

    It needs to be wholemeal flour and also plain flour.
