How do you make changes to a Nutrisystem order?
I'm on Nutrisystem, and I got an email saying that, if I wanted to change my order, I'd have to do it by such and such a date. When I click on the link, it just takes me to my account, and it doesn't give any options to change the food. I've searched through the website, and I can't find anything. Also, on a similar note, whenever I click the link to log my weight or exercise, I just get taken to the sales page and asked to purchase a program, but I've had a program for a couple months now. Am I missing something, or is there a problem with the website (either under my account or generally)? I tried contacting customer service a couple of times, but I just get an automated message that they've been receiving a "high volume" of customer calls/emails and to try back later. This is the first time that I've tried to customize my order. Any ideas?

Next select "Manage my Auto Delivery" and finally select "Change/Customize my Order" on the left hand side of the screen. You can now edit your order. Make use of the 20 minute rule. Eat ones portion-controlled meal then, even if you believe hungry afterwards, wait for 20 minutes and find out if you still do. Nine times away from 10, you won’t. If you choose to do, eat 10 per cent much more.

Put a two litre water bottle and also a glass on your desk just about every morning. Get through it through lunch, and do the same in the afternoon. You’ll exercise better and also recover faster if you’re hydrated. I drink some water when someone asks me a stupid question or sends a stupid email... find something that works available for you!

Obtain smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is significantly easier – those diminutive parts suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to enjoy less.
