If you meant to say it formally, it would be,
"Uy, magsasama-sama (po) ba kayo ngayong linggo? Kung ganoon, magkasayahan(?) kayo ah!"
Remove 'po' if you are not talking to someone higher than you or an elderly, since 'po' is only said to show respect... I think.
Informally, it'd be,
"Oi, mga pare! Magsasama-sama kayo ngayong linggo? Kung matutuloy, mag enjoy kayo ha!"
