Hopefully your question is about LEGAL ways.

US is a signatory to the Hague convention on Child Abduction, which prohibits taking a child out of the country of their habitual residence without the approval of the person(s) who hold the custody of that child.

Your only option is to find a way to resolve the custody dispute within the legal framework of the child's country of residence.

Otherwise, if you bring the child into the US, you will not only be breaking the laws of that country, but also the laws of the United States.

Not if the country that the child is in subscribes to the Hague Convention on Child Abduction.

The Hague Convention is designed to prevent exactly what you are trying to do.

perhaps a court order ..buyt mothere always get to keep the child in 99% of cases

unless she is a drug addict or in prison your chances are very low
