What do you call the fixings used with many chipbord items of furniture.?

It consists of a sort of phillips head pin and a quarter turn fixing that's usually around 10mm diameter and 10mm deep.

I need to find a replacement and was just wondering what they're called.

    Cam dowels & locks.Screwfix do them for about £3 for 50, that`s 50 cam dowels= £3, 50 locks =£3
