Is this a good camera?

I wanted a good camera for general use and I came across this one. I couldn't find many reviews but it looks like a good camera to me. What do you think?

    Looks OK.

    Forget using alkaline AA batteries - they won't last above 20 shots. Get some high capacity (over 2000mAh) NiMH rechargeables.

    It's not too bad. Look at a couple of others with similar spec./price before committing yourself, though.
