I find it difficult to imagine a molecule and then its mirror image and then try to superimpose it to see if its chiral or not. So far all the chiral molecules i have come across have chiral centres. So i was wondering if it means that if a molecule has a chiral centre then its chiral?

CoCl2 + water = [Co(H20)6]^2+ + 2Cl^-

From what I understand Co in this reaction has a charge of +2 since it has bonded with 2 Cl ions which have a -1 charge. Then we have an empty 4s orbital, 7 electrons in the 3d orbital and an empty 4p orbital. This gives us a total of 11 electrons that can occupy these orbitals and so a maximum of 5 electron pairs right? But according to the equation 6 electron pairs have been formed. How is this possible?

I'm confused so if anyone who knows where I am going wrong or what I have misunderstood please let me know.

I am willing to spend about €1000 on a laptop and it should have a full hd screen and bluetooth and hdmi out and preferably an ssd as well. There are so many on the market I cant choose one. Can anyone recommend a good one?

Can someone clear something up for me please in this maths problem. (second term) T2= 0.5 and Sum to infinity(S) is 4. Find T1 and common ratio r. If I let T2 =ar^n-1 i end up with ar=0.5. Also S to infinity =a/1-r. Then I subbed in r=0.5/a into the equation for S and I got r = 4/3. Which is wrong. If I sub in a = 4(1-r) from the equation for S into T2 I get 0.25(2+2^.5) for r which is correct. Why can't I sub in the r=0.5/a

I originally used to always seed whatever I download. Like if i downloaded a big file, i'd leave the program running for the whole day on the computer to get a ratio of 1 or over. But now i don't seed because people tell me the more i seed the more chances i have of getting caught. But if i don't seed could i get banned. ( i use kickasstorrents). I don't want to get caught downloading those files. What should I do?

Hi I am a 16 year old boy and my family are thinking of going on a holiday this May/June. I just can't make up my mind on where to go. I want to go to a place with nice beaches as well as some place nearby for adventure sports such as scuba diving, paragliding, mountain biking, etc. or maybe a theme park. Right now i have Spain in mind. I was thinking that the beaches are good and I could go to Port Aventura theme park. So what do you think? Is it a good option? Any other suggestions? I want a place where there are fun things to do for people my age.

I just noticed that the predator missiles, the attack helicopter etc sound different today. I think my tv speaker may be damaged but I'm not sure because the rest of the in game audio is the same. Anyone else have notice a difference in the sound that killstreaks make?

I usually drink one or two cups a day and I put around 3-4 spoons of nescafe per cup. Is that okay? A friend told me I shouldn't take more than 2 spoons a cup. I'm 16 btw

Okay so I installed kubuntu from a cd and everything works perfect in it. But now I cannot boot into windows. It goes straight into kubuntu. I know that all the files and everything from the windows partition is there so it's not like I deleted the windows partition or anything. Before this I had ubuntu installed and it gave me the option of booting into vista or ubuntu but now it just goes straight into kubuntu. Please help
