Are all molecules with chiral centers chiral?

I find it difficult to imagine a molecule and then its mirror image and then try to superimpose it to see if its chiral or not. So far all the chiral molecules i have come across have chiral centres. So i was wondering if it means that if a molecule has a chiral centre then its chiral?

Thanks

No, if there is an identical chiral center, with all the same exact molecules attached symmetrically, it will make the compound achiral, this is called a meso compound. But, if there is just one chiral center, then yes it is chiral.
