Has anyone had problems in being paid by Springboard UK survey company.?

This company operates a threshold of £25 which means that if you earn more than that amount by completing their surveys you actually get paid. The problem is that once you get near to this threshold they don't let you get any further so you never get paid for all of the surveys you have actually completed. This was supposed to be a reliable company but now I begin to think it stinks..
