how can I hydrate my lips?

1) Most effective lip balm for dry lips; vaseline- you can get flavored and scented types

1a) any lip balm will do and I like the other flavours (not vaseline brand) like chocolate, coke and lemonade :P

2&3) dry lips means you are not drinking enough water- you should drink at least 2 litres a day.

I don't know if it's on the UK market, but Aquaphor is the best hydrating lip balm.

If you want to try a home remedy, mix sugar with olive oil until it creates a paste, then rub it into your lips and wipe off. then put a little olive oil on and it's amazing. :)

Also, just make sure you're drinking enough water (at least 64oz), and eating healthy fats.

Any type of lip balm will work for dryness but make sure you don't use it all the time or else the dryness will get worse.

Lip balm with beeswax is best thing for the lips.
