how do i hatch these triops eggs?

i just bought these eggs from the science center and i followed the instructions, but they didnt hatch! i was wondering if i put then in bottle water will and left if for 2 days will they still hatch? i accidentally put them on top of my closet instead of under a light, will they still hatch if i put it under the light again after 2 days in the water?
