can i stop just 1 port on my router from working?

i need to disable 1 or possibly 2 ports on my router so they cannot receive any bandwidth. Is that possible, and if so, how?

Yes this is possible I have done CISCO and know that disabling a port is possible though i dont know how capable you are with configuring routers. I could give you a proper walk-through if you are interested but first i would need to know how literate you are at things like this. email me on nkosipound@yahoo.com

Stick a screw driver in there and break the prongs on the inside of the female end of the router. I think thats what your asking?
