My foot hurts. How do I fix it myself?
I don't remember for sure, but a few days ago I may have gotten a cramp in the arch of my foot. Ever since then, there is on-and-off pain and soreness when I try to put weight on that foot. It isn't unbearable, but it's a bit of a bother, and I try to avoid walking when I can.
What stretches or home remedies can I use to alleviate the pain and heal the muscle?
Thank you :)

Look up: plantar fasciatus
You have damaged one or more of the tendons in the arch of your foot.
Try getting a cushioned insert for your shoes with a comfortable arch.
This will take at least a few weeks to heal. So, you will have some pain there for a while.
