what foods contain vitamin D?

well that's my question up i need more vitamin D in my system that's what my doctor says so i would like to know some foods that contain it and help will be put to use thank you! :)

    Mainly fish and eggs.

    If you can get out in the sun a bit that's the best way to get vitamin D, just remember to use sun cream if it's hot.

    I myself actually have a vitamin D deficiency. I take over-the-counter supplements and its easier than having to change your diet.
