Does every fat person have saggy skin after losing weight?
Having had a baby in May, I have been really motivated to lose weight and get healthy. So far, I have lost 50 lbs and I still have about 96 more to go before I'm considered healthy. I have not been fat for most of my life, only for about the last 3-4 years....is my skin going to sag a lot when all is said and done? Sorry, that was poorly asked, I know it's going to differ from person to person. What I mean is, does weight loss always result in saggy nasty looking skin?
My main focus is to get healthy not to get hot, so I'm still going to keep up my efforts....I'm just wondering if I need to mentally prepare myself for the sag.

The skin stretches and after losing weight, the skin shrinks back to normal unless you have water between the skin layers or fat. Just do moderate exercising and do a lot of walking to prevent sagging skin. Also, take vitamin E which is good for the skin. As you lose weight, the skin will adjust itself so I wouldn't worry about this right now.

Let's put it this way: You didn't gain 146 pounds overnight, and hopefully didn't gain that much during your pregnancy. You gained it slowly, and you need to lose it the same way. Try to limit your weight loss to a couple of pounds per week and combine your diet with a good exercise regimen. Do that, and your skin should have a chance to retract as you lose weight. Lose weight too fast, and without exercise, and, yes, you will have sagging skin.

in case you lose the load slowly (the cautioned way) your pores and skin ought to have time to capture up. the persons who lose it very promptly (like with pass surgical operation) are those who've extra pores and skin. save the floor properly moisturized. attempt utilising a lotion designed to assist with stretch marks. Ones with collegian would really help also.
