I need a workout plan...?
I'm 5'3 and 160 lb, muscular build...I really want to lose some weight. Would running 3 times a week for 30min. help me? I would also do squats and crunches 5 days a week. I've also recently cut out flour and sugar from my diet. How quickly will I lose weight? Also, will my arms slim down or no? Thanks!

When you loose body fat your arms will slim down but due to them being more defined they will have the illusion of actually being bigger. Feel free to check out my ebook on getting a six pack and losing fat
