Can you still make a youtube account without putting your mobile number?
I want to make a YouTube account but i don't have a mobile number. If you click Create Account, it asks you to fill in multiple things including a mobile number. Is there any way to still make an account without putting down a mobile number? Thank you.

You can do this but you will have to have another email address.
When you are making your gmail account for a new youtube account just put in your other email in other email address section. That way it uses your other email to verify your account instead of a phone number!

You don‘t have to put it just use your gmail or make a new gmail account that doesn‘t contain your mobile number
