Does anyone have information about this pocket knife???? Please I need help!?

I just looked in Levine"s Guide to Knives and their value, and it's not listed. There are only about 1/2 dozen knives from Italy listed. Pearl handles pen, probably worth $50 to someone with nostalgia.
