I need help with 2 recipes.?
Recipe 1 - How to make a white hot chocolate and peppermint mix. There should be no cocoa in this recipe at all and crushed peppermint sticks. This will be mixed with hot water. What other products would you suggest that can be used to make it a white chocolate mix?
Recipe 2 - Non-Dairy Fruit Smoothies
At festivals, I've found Fruit Smoothies that appear to be made using only blended fruit, simple syrup and ice. There might be some water added also. I can't find this recipe anywhere. They all use dairy products.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I appreciate the 2 answers I received, but neither person really answered either of my questions as listed. I'm not looking for a place to buy a mix. I want to make my own. Recipe 1 would probably have dry milk, coffeemate or cremora or something like that in it also. And I'm looking specifically for recipes that use just the incredients listed in Recipe 2. If anyone else can help, I would appreciate your response.

Ghirardelli's carries this on their web site. I found it on a number of sites like www.webstaurantstore.com, amazon.com and nuts.com
Heres a recipe I found on www.smoothieweb.com
Smoothie Ingredients
1 cup strawberries
1/4 cup water
4 ice cubes
1 Tbsp honey
Instructions
Add the water and strawberries to the blender first.
Then pour in the honey and lastly add the ice cubers.
Blend on low and gradually move to high until everything is a red fruity liquid.
Then blend on high for another 30 seconds to aerate.
Enjoy your non-dairy strawberry smoothie.
Not sure why you couldn't find these I just googled your questions and these came right up, hope this helps though.

For your first recipe perhaps you could use a white baking chocolate
For your second recipe maybe you could use like an almond or soy milk
