Can I loose a couple pounds before school starts?
I know that you should embrace your weight and all that, I do. I love my weight, it's just I want to loose like 5 pounds before schools starts this September. I want to loose weight so all my clothes can fit me well this year and because I feel more confortable at a certain weight when I'm doing my sports I gained like 10 pounds from last fall. I used to weigh 93 pounds, and now I weigh 104 pounds. Am I over weight for my age? I'm 13 years old, and I'm 5'4". What should I do? I don't really want to run like 3 miles every day, is there a natural and easy ways to loose like 5 pounds in a month? like drinking lots of water? if so, how much water? any other easy ways? I've been drinking like 3 tall glasses of cold water, is that enough? thanks. :)

Wow, you are super skinny.... I think you're underweight. Also, its a lot harder for someone who's already skinny to lose weight than a fat person.. but stop drinking soda and juice completely (cause they have a lot of sugar) and drink as much water as you possobly can in a day. (About 5-10 tall glasses). Also, stay away from fast food and junk food, and walk for atleast a half hour a day (this can include your daily routine) and you should lose atleast a couple pounds before school. :)
Source(s): I workout almost evryday and have lost a total of 25 pounds within a year and have been at this excercise/diet thing for about 5 years and finally found out what works best to lose weight. Also, I'm going to school to be a dietitian. - The DirectorLv 49 years ago
You do NOT need to lose weight. Just me. You actually need to bulk up a bit... Eat 2000 calories a day in healthy food and do some strength training. Seriously. You sound much too skinny.
