    The inverse of delta? are you referring to the symbol of the inverse? If so it's called dell.

    It's an international unit of measurement.

    Or do you mean: xδ−1(x)=−δ(x)?

    I can't figure out how to interpret that? Putting the statement in integral form isn't particularily enlightening looking:

    f(x)=∫f(x−x′)δ(x′)dx′=∫−x′δ−1(x′)f(x−x′)dx′
