So jews can eat beef but not the internal organs of the cow, can they eat the face of it?

all of these practices are designed to help a person understand that they don't have to live like an animal and can and should bring holiness into their every day activities -- the concept is that if you think like that about yourself it will be a very good reminder on the other more directly important issues -- such as how you are treating others. It all fits together.

Of course no one has to agree with any such practice, and people from one culture are not likely to undersand such practices of other cultures -- but one should be able to understand that the intent is a positive and spiritual effort.

Even if you think it doesn't work or is a misplaced effort -- there are a lot of things that are NOT positive and not spiritual that are perhaps better targets for making fun of.

They're not supposed to eat the rump either, and the best meat is in the rump. It's absolutely ridiculous, huh. Such a waste of food over silly superstitious nonsense.

Jewish people can eat whatever they want. People who really believe in the God of the bible will not eat as you have said because the Word says not to do such things. It has nothing to do with being Jewish, French or Spanish for that matter.

Internal organs are fine. If it's the liver, it has to be broiled.
