Howdo you know if someone has aspergers?

Sometimes you just know there is something different about someone.

-Lack of empathy towards anyone. (Example: You walked into work with a cast on your arm. The colleague of yours notices you are struggling with carrying your coffee over to their desk, they don't even care to help you out knowing you are having a hard time) There is no sense of "Cues"

-I have noticed a few people with aspergers talking to themselves like they are in a conversation with themselves.

-Body gestures like shaking the head or hands when they are excited.

-Don't like to be bothered with people.

-Particularly interested in something that they can't seem to change the subject even if its in a relaxed social function.

Asperger syndrome (often Asperger's syndrome) affects the way in which a person understands other people, talks with other people, and acts with other people. A person who has Asperger syndrome may not fit in well with other people, and may be seen as strange. Asperger syndrome is a developmental disorder, not a mental illness. Most adults with Asperger syndrome can learn how to make friends, do useful work and live successful lives, but people with autism will always live in their own world. Asperger syndrome is considered to be at the highest functioning end of the Autism spectrum disorders. Both sexes can have Asperger syndrome, although it is more common in males.

It's hard to explain depending on their age you can tell different characteristics like they don't know what's more important to focus on; their drawing or a teacher talking there's like a tone of things online i'm sure.
