THIS IS IN VIRGINIA! I want to go on vacation with a friend of mine, he is 20 and I will be turning 16. We are not dating, and we will not be having sex or anything. I just want to know if it is legal for him to take me on vacation? And just so you know, we have been lifetime friends, and my mother said I could go on vacation with him. Could he get in trouble for taking me to a hotel since I'm underage , we are going to stay within state lines. Please answer! Thank youu(:

Not if you are going with your mother's permission (bring a letter from her) and you are not having sex.

Sex with a child is illegal. Check with your parents. Too, since you're a guy posing as a girl, I'm not sure what the point of your question is.
