Me and my fiance are getting married next year. I am turning 16 next year, and im am trying to figure out what her rights over me would be since i would still be under 18, but i would be emancipated (by marriage). Please do not say anything about me getting married at a young age, me and my fiance have been together for years. We are ready, and stable. I have a job and so does he. But back to my question, what rights would my mother still have, if any?

Okay, when i was 12, i was taking a walk with my neighbor. She was 8, if even that old. Well, while we were walking this car drove by with this young girl in the back seat, she just stared, and she looked terrified. I seen the car park in my neighborhood, so i started to walk that way... I was with a 8 year old so i didnt get to close to the car. I hurried up and took the 8 year old home. When i started walking back to the car it looked like the guy that was driving the car was raping her... I feel like such a bad person for not doing anything, but im not sure if thats what even happened. I was 12, and that guy could of killed me if i would of tried to do anything. I was a victim of attemptive rape, not to long after i seen this happen... Is that why i feel bad, or should i just feel bad anyway? Do you think im a bad person? I want the truth.

I am very confused. In Virginia you can get married at 16 with parental consent. The age of consent for sex is 18 now. So does that mean if a 16 year old marries a 20 year old, they still can't have sex?

& even if they aren't married can they have sex with parental consent (for sex)?

Don't lecture me on getting married, i am just wondering. No one said i was going to get married young, it is just a question.

I really need ideas, im in high school, but i have a really shifty schedule, so i thought babysitting would be a good idea for me, i just need to know what the best ways to get started are. I had some light mild cramping today, in my lower stomach. It was more in the center of my stomach, than on either side.

Did you have this while pregnant? Where were yours at? How bad were they?

They aren't severe, but they do cause some pain. It started a few weeks ago. Im not completely sure if i am pregnant, but there is a pretty good possibility. The headaches feel like migraines, but the light doesn't bother me, unless im looking directly at the sun, or its really bright. They also will throb my head. Did you have this, is it normal, should i have it checked out?

I'm ttc, and i really think im pregnant. Me and my fiance have been having unprotected sex for almost a year now. and i had some bleeding on the 12th which only lasted 3 days, it was way lighter than my normal periods. So im guessing it was implantation bleeding. It was around the time I was supposed to get my period, though. So when would I be able to get the most accurate results with a hpt?

Thanks in advance, I would figure this out myself, but i've got a lot on my mind right now :)
