I've been making a delicious linguini pasta with a lemon/cheese/cream sauce lately for dinner. It seriously only take about 20 minutes all together.
you can see my recipe here:

Feedback would be appreciated :)

During the summer you probably don't want to heat up the kitchen much, so here are some ideas you might find appealing for your family:
1. Grilled burgers, potatoe salad, corn on the cob, watermelon
2. Stovetop chicken and stuffing: sauté boneless skinless chicken thighs in a non-stick pan, cover and reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes. Remove chicken from pan and add 1 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Add one box Stouffers cornbread stuffing and stir. Top with chicken and one jar roasted chicken gravy. Cover and heat thru. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
3. Microwave baking potatoes and let everyone pick a topping. Chili con Carnegie and cheese is always good, along with fruit salad.
4. Spaghetti and meatballs, salad, and bread.
5. Beef stew with dumplings

I in simple terms tried this recipe some nights in the past. My 3 childrens and my husband and that i in my opinion loved it: CUBAN GOULASH a million lb. diced beef roast (I used beef chops) a million huge yellow onion, diced a million 15 oz.. can diced tomatoes(do no longer drain) 4 bananas, diced Cayenne pepper Brown the beef products on all factors in a splash of cooking oil. upload the onions and prepare dinner slowly coated until eventually onions are delicate. upload the tomatoes AND the juice. upload bananas and simmer coated for about 30 min. or so. i realize it seems and sounds extraordinary, notwithstanding it relatively tastes sturdy. once I fastened the youngsters' plates, I extra some pink chili powder instead of cayenne pepper and it replaced into relatively sturdy. it fairly is relatively common to make too!!

Mozzarella chicken:
3-4 boneless skinless chicken breast
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Stuffing mix
Cream of chicken soup
Mix cream of chicken with 1/2-1 can of water
Make the stuff according to box
Grease pan, put chicken breast in pan, cover with cream of chicken/water mixture, cover with cheese then the cover with stuffing.
Bake at 375-400 for about 30-40mins. If chicken is frozen it takes longer
Cheese burger
1lb of hamburger meat
Salt and pepper to taste
Velveeta cheese (it says 4oz) but my hubby likes more
1-2tbs of milk
Cook hamburger meat like you would for sloppy joes or tacos and season with salt and pepper. Drain greese when done. Put back in pan add cheese and milk. Cook on low stirring occasionally until cheese is melted then put on buns and top with your favorite burger toppings. (My kids eat these like they're starving)
Chicken tacos
Can of Rotel
3-4 frozen boneless skin less chicken breast
Taco seasoning
Can of water
Put chicken breast in crock pot cover with Rotel, water and taco seasoning(kind of stir in the taco seasoning) cook on low for 7-8hrs
If you don't like tomatoes and peppers use a slotted spoon to get them out then pull chicken apart and use like you would taco meat.
Those 3 are my hubby and kids (3 and 15mths) favorite meals
