Is there a way transfer a offline Xbox 360 profile achievements and experience to a Xbox live account?

Well I got Xbox live and I was wondering if there was a way to transfer everything on my old Xbox 360 profile so I don't have to loose all my Call Of Duty process and everything. And if I can then how?
