can i grab someone else's internet speed?
the max. internet speed promised by my ISP is 64kB/s upto a download limit of 4GB and 32kB/s after that.but suddenly my speeds have rose to greater than 500kB/s.this is not a fake speed,since i have downloaded 6.8 in nearly 6 hours.how is this possible? i have switched off my modem and checked again.the speed came back to the normal. how did i achieve high speeds that are more than 10 times the original speed .did i grab someone else's internet speed?

No.. U dint grab anyone else's internet speed... There was some kind of technical problem which caused that certain increment of speed... Also if u were downloading through torrent then it was not technical glitch, There are some methods in P2P sharing that enable everyone to get huge speed..
