can tumours inside you get big enough to break through your skin?

    Yes it can. Then it becomes an ulcerating or fungating tumour.

    I have seen this with breast cancers.

    One patient in particular refused surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy.

    She had a softball size tumor breaking through the skin.

    It was infected. It was an ulcerated, fungating tumor as "Fridays" said..
