I love sushi, and I use the Mizkan brand rice vinegar, with salt and sugar for the rice. I still find the rice tastes a little bland, even if I put more than the suggested amount of vinegar into the rice.

Is there some secret ingredient I am missing that needs to be put in with the simmering vinegar, sugar and salt?

Seems that in some sections, people are going around rating all answers down, even if the answer is good, and contains links and quotes to support the answer. Other uses have commented on this as well. Is there a way to check who is doing this? Or a way to report and stop it?

I am not convinced about this "muscle contraction using electric impulses" business. Does the collar give electric shocks? If so, can they be regulated?

I am having some issues with my 3 year old GSD, and the last thing I want to do is inflict pain or discomfort on my baby. I would rather put up with some of her undesirable behaviours than hurt her.
