Jehovah is a strong tower, anyone running to him will get away safe.?

In harmony with Jesus’ prayer, Jehovah is indeed watching over us. He is our “fortress in the time of distress.” (Psalm 37:39) The book of Proverbs uses similar language when it says: “The name of Jehovah is a strong tower. Into it the righteous runs and is given protection.” (Proverbs 18:10) This scripture reveals a basic truth about Jehovah’s tender concern for his creatures. God offers protection especially to righteous ones who actively seek him, as if we were running into a strong tower for shelter.

When faced with distressing problems, how can we run to Jehovah for protection? Let us consider three vital steps that we can take in order to receive Jehovah’s help. First, we must turn to our heavenly Father in prayer. Second, we should work in harmony with his holy spirit. And third, we must submit to Jehovah’s arrangement by seeking association with fellow Christians who can allay our distress.

That scripture is very comforting! I think of being stranded in the sea, on a not so stable boat. Then a huge storm comes in and you feel you may lose your life. Then you spy a huge Tower. You manage to dock the small boat, then run for cover before the intense part of the storm hits.

Picture how save you would feel. This is the way you SHOULD feel if the ALmighty Jehovah God is on our side. :)

He certainly is a strong tower in which the "righeous" can run and be safe.

Mankind has to be willing to conform to God's standards and apply them to their life in order to fall under Jehovah's protection.

I myself am someone who ran to Jehovah's strong tower. I got away safe from: a hideous childhood, drug and alcohol abuse, and from being in spiritual darkness.

God cannot lie, and he has never lied to me.

Psalm 27:10-IN case my own father and my own mother did leave me. Even Jehovah himself would take me up.

This Psalm is the only reason I exist today; Jehovah, out of his love, took me up.

Jehovah is a strong tower, and anybody can run to it.

Under the "new heavens and the new earth" all flesh will be worshiping YEHOVAH from "new moon to new moon and from Sabbath to Sabbath".

So will those who rebel and resist to observe the new moons and Sabbaths of YEHOVAH get away safe?:

Isa 66:22 "For as the new heavens and the new earth that I make shall remain before me, says YEHOVAH, so shall your offspring and your name remain.

Isa 66:23 From new moon to new moon, and from Sabbath to Sabbath, all flesh shall come to worship before me, declares YEHOVAH.

Isa 66:24 "And they shall go out and look on the dead bodies of the men who have rebelled against me. For their worm shall not die, their fire shall not be quenched, and they shall be an abhorrence to all flesh."

Are the "Christians" or JW's teaching people about the new moons and Sabbaths to be a believer in YEHOVAH?

i know little about religion, but i believe that if you have strong faith in

yourself, you can achieve whatever you think might happen will be put to

reality...just be positive in what you're thinking and you can achieve your

dreams come true.

Get away from what? The world he created for us? Then why did he create something we would want to get away from???
