Can exorcism 'cure' atheism?

The only cure is to throw an atheist in a foxhole apparently.

An atheist can be a non-religious exorcist, so obviously no an exorsism cannot cure atheism and not just because there is nothing to cure.

If there is a SINGULARITY that created all of REALITY out of it's own ABSOLUTE AWARENESS, then YOU ARE THAT AWARENESS AND YOU ARE ALL ALONE AND RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE UNIVERSAL SITUATION IN EVERY DIRECTION.

IF you ARE NOT GOD, then by the same PRECISE LOGIC, there CAN BE NO GOD.

FURTHER, IF 'we' are 'ALL ONE' - the argument comes to the same conclusion.

THE GOD PROBLEM

i believe we all each have, as our own awareness, an infinite imortal soul, that will live forever, always learning and growing. sometimes failing, sometimes succeeding. living through reincarnation, re-entering bodies on normal planets like this one.

the problem with the belief in god is that it implies that there was a time when we where all only one 'thing' - one 'god' - all alone, with our 'being all one'. a singularity.

when analysed, this results in a geometric 'zero' - and suggests that this whole incredible universe came from nothing - or 'god alone'.

the 'cold black egg' theory.

if you take the logic deep enough, what this implies is that who ever believes in this 'god singularity', actually believes that they are 'god' and that they are ultimately 'alone' and 'alone created the whole universe'.

a very dangerous mistake to believe such a thing.

presented in a certain way, this problem appears in philosophy and is known as 'solipsism'.

so, to summarise, logically belief in god leads to a solipsistic paradoxical attitude. a very bad attitude, or a very sick one.

p.s - i am not buddhist or hindu either~! the big picture gets complicated.

Can exorcism "cure" stupidity?

No. Exorcism isn't real.

Atheism is simply not believing in what there isn't evidence for. Is there evidence for a god? No.

It is difficult to cure something that needs no curing.

"Curing" atheism is like curing medicine, know what I mean?

No more than native Americans can make it rain by dancing, or my people dancing round may poles to... whatever they're trying to do. It's just a quaint relic from a bygone age. Don't worry mate your atheist status is safe.
