would you boycott mcdonald and other fast food chains?
fast food restaurants are disgusting. I've walked in and right out of a Tampa Bay McDonald's after noticing no soap in the men's bathroom (meaning that employees aren't not properly washing their hands).
Burger King tables are notoriously dirty; it's usually impossible to find a clean table at a Burger King "restaurant". they don't care to clean up after an eater leaves the mess. its standard practice in any given restaurant that the employee will wipe table and sanitize it once a fat eater leaves the mess behind, but these employees or manager dont care.
It's also known that these fast food chains hire convicted felons with nothing to lose and nothing to look forward to in life. These creeps will happily spit in your food for any reason, or no reason. I saw one preparing burger with no glove in hand. he was touching with his palm the bun, and with no soap in restroom.
The quality of their food is often inconsistent. Sometimes it's ok, other times the bread is hard like it's been sitting in liquid and dried. Sometime the patty has tastes like inky detergent type and at times it taste like 1980's. i personally know of a former burger king employee who admitted that they used to kick hamburger patties around on the floor and then serve them. a worker stepped on salad at BK before serving it was in news recently
Obviously, these restaurants CANNOT be trusted. But, we can't just get rid of them. But we can do is demand that they open their kitchen up so that you can see everything that is going on from the dining room - with no where to hide to do anything sneaky or illegal.
Until these junk food joints take the initiative make their kitchens 100% visible like WAFFLE HOUSE or SUBWAY, I will not purchase any food from them. I encourage you to BOYCOTT all fast food restaurants until the kitchen is re-configured to be completely visible to customer. i don't want food from worker who fingers his butt crack to relieve itch and uses same hand to serve me burger and fries.
Some air headed corporate exective will likely respond to this message with a superficially friendly message "we assure you our quality is..." No. We're not going to take your word for it. You make millions of dollars each and every day. You can afford to re-arrange your kitchen so that we can see what's going on.
And McDonald's you can definitely afford to put soap in your bathrooms. You should have been shut down for that
also the hand blow dryer takes too long to dry hand. they have no paper towel, which is desired more. the hand dryer has rusty surface and mould in it too
also some workers have poor English and fail to follow instructions. i once told from drive through that i want no cheese and no mayo on burger. at home i discovered it had cheese and mayo.

Where do you live? Our Burger King and McDonalds make their food the way it's advertised.
You must live in one of those Liberal Cities where they are good for nothing.

Meh...I WILL NOT boycott any of our own businesses;
a) There is enough foreign stuff to boycott
b) there are enough inside enemies here, who are just waiting for someone like you,
and
c) I can help them to improve by posting my complaints with the relevant entities.

I just dont eat there. Even if quality would be better I think I would not, fastfood is unhealthy anyway. For same money I can cook much healthier and tasty things at home.I really dont understand why people go there at all.

Imagine if everybody boycotted every single restaurant, clothing label, or software company because their political or personal views on various topics came to light. Nobody would buy anything from anybody. Truth be told, is that Chick Fil A makes a pretty darn good chicken sandwich. Beyond that, I couldn't care any less what the CEO believes since his views didn't matter to me before.

I've been to factories where they process food. Most are a lot worse than any restaurant.

I don't "boycott" them, I just don't patronize them. It's called "capitalism."
