Why are so many comedy movies "stupid comedy"?
Full of Stooge-like behavior or other similar things? Some people are looking for a bit more highbrow humor, the only source for which these days seems to be Dennis Miller, and unfortunately I haven't seen him in a movie in a bit.

I don't know. It's really hard to find a good comedy. I prefer really dark comedies. Like you, I do not like stupid comedies.

Because they are soo stupid... it makes them funny.
Theirfore STUPID COMEDY. :)
