NKJB HOLY BIBLE. Did you know this is what it teaches....?

First off I would like to start by mentioning that The Divine Name King James Bible has resored God's name 6972 times! So when you read the LORD in capital letters that is where Jehovah's name should be. The history to Jehovah's name getting removed started with Jews who took Exodus 20:7 the wrong way which says.

7 “You must not take up the name of Jehovah your God in a worthless way, for Jehovah will not leave the one unpunished who takes up his name in a worthless way. (NWT)

Now back to NKJB and did you know it teaches this....

(Psalms 37:10,11) 10 For yet a little while and the wicked shall be no more; Indeed, you will look carefully for his place, But it shall be no more.

11 But the meek shall inherit the earth, And shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.

Now compare this with what Jesus said at Matthew 5:5

5 Blessed are the meek, For they shall inherit the earth. (NJKB)

So as we can see the scriptures talk about the meek inheriting the earth.

Psalms 104:5 says 5 You who laid the foundations of the earth, So that it should not be moved forever (NKJB)

5 Who laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be removed for ever. (DNKJB)

So when Jehovah made the earth he made it to last forever, not to destroy it as many believe will happen, because if that were true then what would God's purpose have been in creating the earth? or what meaning would Jesus' words mean recorded at Matthew 5:5?

The reason Jesus' ressurected the dead, healed the sick, gave sight to the blind, all this was not for nothing as these people eventually died. Rather it was to show that he has the ability to do this in the future.

Here is something else Jesus said

Matthew 7:21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’ (NKJB)

So here Jesus was saying not everyone saying Lord, Lord will enter into the Kingdom but rather the one who does the will of his father who is in heaven will.

Well 2 things the Bible teaches are as follows about the Kingdom and about God's will...

1 Corinth 6: 9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals,[a] nor sodomites, 10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.

1 Timothy 2: God, 4 whose will is that all sorts of men should be saved and come to an accurate knowledge of truth.(NWT)

So as we can see if anyone continues on in a bad way as in 1 cor 6:9-10 they shall not inherit the kingdom of God, also that it is whoever does the will of God who shall enter (Matthew 7:21-23) (1 Tim 2:4)

Romans 10:13-15 says

13 For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.” (LORD IN CAPS HERE SHOULD READ JEHOVAH AS IN DNKJB)

14 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? 15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written:

“How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace,

Who bring glad tidings of good things!” (NKJB)

So who fit the prophecy Jesus spoke of, written in Matthew 24:14

14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

Well today Jehovah's Witnesses are the only Christian organisation on earth who preach about the good news of the kingdom globally!

Update:

The Doctor - I am well aware of this and yet I also know why, as I have taken enough space here search it in Y/A search bar and you will see why Jehovah's name has been rightly placed in the Greek scriptures.

Update 2:

The Doctor - I suggest reading BAR-ANERGES post at the bottom. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AvkUl...

Update 3:

Xilop - Again, like I said to the Doc, have a look in the search bar there is enough on this subject over Y/A showing how the NWT was accurate in there translation.

For information on HOW CAN YOU CHOOSE A GOOD BIBLE TRANSLATION? click the link http://www.watchtower.org/e/20080501a/article_01.h...

Update 4:

Why did everyone avoid what the scriptures say and look for ways to divert the attention of what the scriptures clearly teach above? Such as the meek inheriting the earth and the earth being made to last forever not be destroyed?

Try again now Fixerken :) I'm interested to see your post

The most revealing evidence of the Watchtower's bias is their inconsistent translation technique.

Throughout the Gospel of John, the Greek word theon occurs without a definite article. The New World Translation renders none of these as “a god.” Just three verses after John 1:1, the New World Translation translates another case of theos without the indefinite article as "God."

Even more inconsistent, in John 1:18, the NWT translates the same term as both "God" and "god" in the very same sentence.

Yes. King James has obviously fooled billions of Christians around the world for the longest time and God intended that to happen right?

And the watchtower's "New World Translation" is God's book right?

The New World Translation is a perversion, not a version, of the Bible.

What the new testament Greek loving Christians fail to realize is that when "Jesus" spoke of the two greatest commandments he was quoting from the Hebrew Torah:

Deuteronomy 6:5 You shall love YEHOVAH your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might.

Leviticus 19:18 ... you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am YEHOVAH.

    - "Jesus" spoke Hebrew just as his Father did of course:

Act 26:14 And when we had all fallen to the ground, I heard a voice saying to me in the Hebrew language, 'Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me? It is hard for you to kick against the goads.'

    - The Hebrew "Yeshua" is entirely different than the Hellenized Greek "Jesus" of Christianity:

    - The name of our Creator is spoken "YEHOVAH" in English just as it is in the original Hebrew:

The word "Jehovah"(or "Yahweh" for that matter) never appears in the Greek New Testament. The word "kurios" ("Lord") is what appears.

    Source(s): I read Greek.
