How do I know if I am anemic?
Latley I have been feeling much more tired then usual, with little energy throughout the day. I have pale skin, I feel the cold easilt, and recently people have been telling me that I look flushed in the face. I have low blood pressure and sometimes when I stand from sitting I feel very light headed. Also, I have been having very heavy cycles with my period for the past few months.
How can I tell if I am anemic?

Go to a clinic and get tested... You could also always boost your iron intake (from food) and see if you feel better

The ONLY way to find out is to make a doctors appointment for general physical exam including blood panels!!
guessing is not a good thing and only stresses the mind and body!
Make that appointment today!
