Police Tied Me Up. Can I Sue?
Ok, so there I was Saturday night in nothing but my bikini top and shorts getting somewhat 'drunk' after coming home from the beach with a few people. Cops came for a noise complaint at my apartment, I told them to go away and slammed the door in their face. They then layed me down and handcuffed me behind my back (I understand this part).
On the way to their car while asking why I was being arrested they would not answer me, so I started refusing getting into the car. After a bit they layed me back down and tied both of my feet up and connected them to my hands.. picked me up like I was an animal and put me in the back of their car.
They had me wrapped up so good that I could not barely move AT ALL. I was like this the whole way to the police station where they let me "hop" to the door with my feet still tied up. Either way I was totally tied up like an animal and very tightly for very little reason. They also kept me in handcuffs for about 4-5 hours.
Am I on suing grounds? You cannot treat humans like this. Plenty of marks on my hands and ankles.
I barely had any clothing on (bikini top and short shorts) which makes me think they were also perving me.

First off, did the Police ask you about the noise before you slammed the door? Remember, they're there to investigate a complaint. Whether by a neighbor or hearing the music as they drove by matters not. Also, were they standing in an area where the slamming door could strike one of them? If so, this could have been perceived as a threat, hence the handcuffing. Contrary to popular belief, being put in cuffs does not amount to being "Arrested". It simply means you are being Detained. In your case, you were both belligerent, and I'm assuming smelled of alcohol. The cuffing was, first and foremost, for their personal safety. If they took you to the station, more than likely, they charged you with something, whether that be "Public Drunkenness", Disorderly Conduct, or Belligerence. Take pics of the marks on your hands and ankles, and if you want to lawyer up, go for it.
Sadly, I think the only person that will come out on top as a winner here is the Attorney you hire, who will likely charge a hefty fee, too. Based upon your admitted behavior, the Police had every right to protect themselves from a Suspect, who, at the time, was potentially dangerous to them.
In other considerations, keep in mind, unless you have a legitimate case against the Police Department (Rodney King Legitimate, not "I don't like how you treated me when you handcuffed me.") and in many cases, even if you do, you may be put on an unofficial "Troublemaker" list. Police Officers know who like to make trouble for their department, and they will take any chance they can to return the favor. My advice would be to count your blessings, and appreciate that they went easy enough on you that you're able to be here posting this. But from the sound of your posting, it sounds like you're past that point. Long story short, if you think you have a case with a good probability of winning, go for it. Don't get your hopes up, though.
Next time, just listen to the Officer's gripe about the noise complaint (A little listening to an Officer vent about the trouble you're allegedly causing, in a still informal fashion goes a LONG way.), apologize for the noise, inform them you'll tell the guys to turn the music down, and wish them a good and safe night. You'd be surprised how far a little courtesy and respect will get you with the folks that have a reputation as America's Stormtroopers.

First of all, they were conducting a lawful investigation, and you were illegally obstructing them by slamming the door.
So, you were arrested and handcuffed. When told to get into the car, you resisted.
They then further restrained you and had to force you into the car. Everything they did was perfectly lawful and reasonable.
What did you expect? When you resisted, did you expect them to just take the handcuffs off and leave?

Based on the "details" you give, I would say there is a lot you left out, either intentionally or because you were too drunk to remember. I would say they hog tied you because you were kicking, but the key comment is "kept me in handcuffs for about 4-5 hours". Police keep you restrained as long as you continue to act like an idiot which I would say is probably the case. And as to the cops"perving" you, you're the one who picked out your cloths before you decided to get drunk and go stupid, so don't flatter yourself.

in case you have been an grownup you ought to sue all and sundry for something. you have not any grounds, yet you are able to record the healthful. while somebody who has been arrested refuses to get in the automobile for transport, the law enforcement officers can use despite stress is mandatory to end the job handy. on your remark which you are going to not be able to handle people like this, sure you are able to, while that human makes it mandatory.

You keep posting this question over and over. Makes me think it didn't really happen. Regardless, you don't have anything to sue for. You were resisting arrest, and managed to make it to the police station without having been tazed or pepper sprayed or shot. I'd say you got off pretty lucky.
