If you processing is still stuck at 0%, that means youtube is being overloaded and you have to wait a while. If it's a little more than 0%, then I am guessing it's stuck :P

I wouldn't have waited that long I already would have tried in another format if necessary, that one does I notice take longer to upload than AVI or MPEG. I think they are converted to flash at the u tube end any way. What were you doing for 2 hours ?
