Do they start on line and then curve away from your target, or do they start off target all together?
I would suggest standing behind the ball and seeing the line in the air to your target. Maybe even pick a spot, like a darker spot on the fairway, in front of your ball to square your club face up to, so that way you know you're aiming straight at the target.
If you do all that and still hit off-target shots, you might have a closed or open club face at impact, which is a swing issue.
