How to fix boot up problem for Sony Vaio?

The laptop will turn on and acts to start windows then goes to BSoD. It will not go into safe mode and continues still to goto BSoD.

    Likely a problem with the RAM.

    If you have more than 1 RAM stick, remove one and try the boot.

    If it still fails, put stick 1 back in and remove stick 2 and try to boot again.
