"Had u have your lunch" is correct for SIMPLE PAST tense. (rest all are incorrect)
"You did your work?" is correct and not "Did you do your work?" or "You did did your work?" because the verb is repeated here.
"Does he have any money? " is correct because with 1st person the helping verb DOES and HAVE.
"You have had that" is correct
"Has he done his homework?" is correct and not has he did. As per the rule of PRESENT PERFECT.
