How do I make a "question Mark?" (I am using a different computer right now wise guy).

thanks for the answers about changing the language - i may do this but... I want to keep the Portuguese Keyboard and be able to make a "Question Mark."

    UPDATE if you want the question mark hold shift and then the minus key next to the zero. if that dont work try alt+ctrl W.

    1. Click Start and type: intl.cpl in the search box and hit enter.

    2. Click on the "keyboards and languages" tab.

    3. Click on "Change Keyboards".

    4. Click "Add".

    5. Expand "English - United States" (or united kingdom).

    6. Tick "US".

    7. Click OK.

    8. Then select "English - US" from the drop down menu and hit Apply/OK.

    Done.
