The leak will intensify. a temporary fix one can use is go to your home depot wal mart or lowes and get a spray can of leak stop. spray it on the pin hole allow to dry and use either duct tape or electrical tape and tightly wrap several wraps over the hole. Eventually though you will more than likely have to replace the hose.

That you can repair it like plumbers or steamfitters do. It is referred to as a bandaid. Relying on how enormous the gap is, this can also be so simple as a bit of rubber and a screw form hose clamp. Cut a section of rubber ( old innertube ) just colossal ample to duvet the gap and place the hose clamp over the patch and tighten. If the hole is just too huge , simply change the hose. There are commercial bandaids on hand but the cost would no longer be worth it. They are ordinarily utilized in places the place you're speaking about better more steeply-priced traces or they're used for temp. Repairs, I've even used these on the hydraulic lines on my dozer.
