Employment Help! Need help with Holidays?
I have been with the same company 21 months now. For the first 16 months i was Part-Time and now i have been full time for the past 5 months. Can the company take my holidays from me that i accrued and make me start again or should they have been awarded to me the standard amount (21 days) as i have been in continuous employment?

No, all your holiday should continue, and from the point you went full time you accrue at the standard rate. This is 28 days, based on 5.6 weeks a year for typical hours, and includes Bank Holidays.

Most companies have a standard holiday leave year (ie 1st April - 31st March), and it is your responsibility to ensure you take your allocated holidays within that year.
When you say 'part time' I assume you mean less than 37.5 hours per week, rather than 'temporary' as sometimes people get confused.
Whilst you were part time you would have accrued less holidays, depending on the number of days worked per week. Once you are full time, you accrue 0.54 days for every week you work - 0.54 x 52 = 28 days
