I have been given the task of finding 3 creative things to best describe my personality for an induction at University. Now i am small, and really shy. I love Tinkerbell and Watching Harry Potter. I just need some more ideas. Someone gave me the idea of taking my DS in and saying that i am playful, and someone else said a picture of my Fiance to say that i am a family person.

Can someone give me some different ideas?

Due to being a little out of control i have been given guardianship of a 15 year old girl. I need consequences and Priviledges for if she breaks the house rules or if she abides by the rules

For Example, if she talks back or swears at me or my partner then she has 1 electrical item taken away until she either apologises or gives a reason for her attitude.

If she does all of her chores then she gets control of the TV for 1 Hour.

Can you please help me with some ideas for both privileges and Consequences! This really is her last chance!

I have been with the same company 21 months now. For the first 16 months i was Part-Time and now i have been full time for the past 5 months. Can the company take my holidays from me that i accrued and make me start again or should they have been awarded to me the standard amount (21 days) as i have been in continuous employment?

My and fiancé were planning a family and have been to family planning to sort out the way we would go about this.

We have finally sorted our finances and I have been cleared by the doctor that it is safe to start trying for a baby. We were to begin in August hoping to get pregnant in September.

On Saturday my fiancés (42) mum tells us that she is 3 months pregnant, so instead of getting our own baby me and my fella get a new brother or sister instead. She has told us to go ahead and try and get pregnant but it freaks me out thinking that at 24 i am going to be pregnant at the same time as my 42 year old mother in law, this is supposed to be our time. She knew we were going to be trying soon and then stated that she understands why we are annoyed but there is nothing we can do about it because she is happy.

Would anybody else be a little freaked out and really annoyed at this?

I am in £10,000 worth of debt. I have more going out that i do coming in and i am in need of emergency dental care. I tried to claim for a HC2 form but they wouldnt allow me to have one because i live with my parents.

I think my Wisdom Teeth are coming through. There is pain at the back of my mouth, it feels like it is coming from my ears, Jaw.... i also have a big mouth ulcer come up on the top of my mouth. I have been using all my mouth washes and i have some ointment to rub on my gums that helps for a little bit.

Is this my wisdom tooth coming though. The pain has been there for about 3 days now and it was really bad last night but today isnt as bad.. Help me

I live in my boyfriends, mums old house. She moved out last year and let me and my boyfriend have the house. So i feel i have to be super nice to her because she is doing us a favour. But i cant deal with feeling like she has control over everything in my life. She 'pops' round all the time for a brew and just walks in. She moves things round when she comes over and still has all of her post coming to our house. I have to ask her if i want to update a room and i don't have any control over the bills.

I want to tell my boyfriend that we need more independence but when i try he calls me selfish and disrespectful and that at least we have a house. How can i approach this matter?

My boyfriend is working at a factory where he is the only English people in lot of Polish people. The production manager is polish and keeps singling him out and shouting at him in front of the production floor. Complaints have been put in, in the past about the same guy and nothing has been done. What is the next step as its now spiralled out of control with the production manager telling him that he may lose his job.

I have a puppy and she is only chewing the edge of my carpet where the metal strip holds it down. It is now fraying and she goes for it more and more.... does the anti chew sprays you get really work as i dont want to pay £6.00 for a bottle of it for it to not work.. Thanks
